BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MINUTES June 22, 2015 The Russellville Board of Adjustment met in its Regular Meeting, Monday, June 22, 2015, at 5:00 p.m. in the Russellville, Arkansas City Hall Council Chambers. Members Present: Chairman Blake Tarpley, Vice-Chair Eric Westcott, Secretary Wesley White, and Member Jim Sims. Members Absent: Member Mike Wilkins Visitors Present: Mayor Randy Horton, Alderman Bill Eaton, City Planner David Harris, City Attorney Trey Smith, Planning Assistant Lequitta Jones, Building Official Brian Holstein, Jim Lynch/City Corp. Welcome The First Order of Business was a request to review and approve the minutes of the May 18, 2015 meeting. Commissioner Sims made the motion to approve the minutes as written. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Westcott and passed unanimously. The Second Order of Business was a Public Hearing requesting review and approval of a variance of 14’ 3” from the required 25' front yard setback to allow a 10’ 9” front yard setback to allow construction of a covered drive-thru payment window addition to the existing building at 5306 North Arkansas Avenue. Submitted by Jeff L. Harrison, Architect, on behalf of Tri-County Regional Water. (BOA.15.06.3614) Mr. Harrison was not in attendance. Commissioner Sims made the motion to table the request.
