Review and approve minutes of the February 7, 2012 Regular Meeting. 2. An update on the Oakland Cemetery Trust Account to be given by Merrill Lynch Advisor Trevor Holbert and his recommendation on re- investing of a CD that is maturing. 3. Financial Report. – Finance Director Jerry McKaughan 4. Committee Report on update of the Improvement Plan to include the Pavilion Plan. 5. Report on Fence Project to include the Detroit Project. - Steuber 6. Set a date for the Commission to meet at the cemetery to mark trees, bushes, and anything obstructing view of monuments for removal. 7. Discussion of a Mausoleum. - Roys New Business 1.
