Town Council Meeting Agenda Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.02 notice is hereby given to the public that the Sahuarita Town Council will hold a meeting at the date and time specified below at the Sahuarita Council Chambers, 375 West Sahuarita Center Way, Sahuarita, AZ. Members of the Town of Sahuarita Council will attend either in person or by telephone conference call. To better serve our community, the Sahuarita Council Chambers is wheelchair accessible. Invocation The Invocation will be given by Pastor John Leonard from Cornerstone Baptist Church. Our invocations are provided by volunteers, and presenters will be accepted and welcomed regardless of religious affiliation. Interested parties may contact the Town Clerk. 3. Written comments regarding any item on the agenda or on any issue which the Town Council can lawfully act upon may be submitted prior to the beginning of the council meeting for distribution to the Town Council. Pursuant to the Arizona Open Meeting Laws, the Council may not discuss the items, but individual members of the Council may respond to criticism made by those who have addressed the Council, may ask staff to review the matter, or may ask that the matter be placed on a future agenda. 8. Consent Agenda Action recommended: approve the consent agenda recommendations. A. Approval of the April 23, 2018 Regular Meeting Minutes. B. Approval of Amendment No. Three (3) to Contract No. 150072 with Enterprise FM Trust for fleet leasing and management services, commencing April 14, 2018 and terminating April 13, 2019 at an annual cost not to exceed $245,000 for administrative vehicles and $160,160 for patrol vehicles. C. Approval of Amendment No. Two (2) to Contract No. 160050 with P.A.C.E. Electrical Construction, Inc. for as-needed services for traffic signal and street light construction services, commencing July 1, 2018 and terminating June 30, 2019; in an amount not to exceed $200,000. D. Approval of Amendment No. One (1) to Contract No. 180012, Accela, Inc. to purchase 15 annual software licenses from Accela, Inc., commencing June 29, 2018 and terminating June 28, 2019; in an amount not to exceed $35,000. 9. Presentation by the Sahuarita Teen Advisory Council on their activities during the 2017/2018 term. Presentation. STUDY SESSION 10. Presentation, discussion and possible action regarding the Town Manager’s Recommended Budget for Fiscal Year 2019 in the amount of $58,873,920. This topic will include discussion on all appropriated funds of the Town as follows: General Fund ($33,493,320); Highway User Revenue Fund ($3,532,210); Grants and Restricted Sources Fund ($1,105,330); Quail Creek Community Facilities District Fund ($1,008,320); Rancho Sahuarita Community Facilities District Fund ($4,457,130); Capital Infrastructure Improvement Fund ($10,563,320); and Wastewater Enterprise Fund ($4,714,290).
