REVISED Town Council Meeting Agenda Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.02 notice is hereby given to the public that the Sahuarita Town Council will hold a meeting at the date and time specified below at the Sahuarita Council Chambers, 375 West Sahuarita Center Way, Sahuarita, AZ. Members of the Town of Sahuarita Council will attend either in person or by telephone conference call. To better serve our community, the Sahuarita Council Chambers is wheelchair accessible. Persons with a disability may request a reasonable accommodation, such as a sign language interpreter, by contacting the Town Clerk’s Office at 520-822-8801. Invocation The Invocation will be given by Pastor Brent Salsbury from Grace Church of Sahuarita. Our invocations are provided by volunteers, and presenters will be accepted and welcomed regardless of religious affiliation. Interested parties may contact the Town Clerk. 3. Pledge of Allegiance The Pledge of Allegiance will be led by Aviana Moreno, a first grade student at Sahuarita Primary School. 4. Roll Call Presentations A. Written comments regarding any item on the agenda or on any issue which the Town Council can lawfully act upon may be submitted prior to the beginning of the council meeting for distribution to the Town Council. Pursuant to the Arizona Open Meeting Laws, the Council may not discuss the items, but individual members of the Council may respond to criticism made by those who have addressed the Council, may ask staff to review the matter, or may ask that the matter be placed on a future agenda. 7. Consent Agenda Action recommended: approve the consent agenda recommendations. A. Approval of the May 29, 2018 Regular and Study Session Meeting Minutes. B. Adoption of Resolution No. 2018-0552, authorizing the Town to enter into Town of Sahuarita Contract No. 190003, an Intergovernmental Agreement with Pima County, for the purpose of setting forth the terms for incarceration of the Town's Municipal Prisoners by Pima County at the Pima County Adult Detention Complex. C. Adoption of Resolution No. 2018-0554, exempting eleven (11) Town-owned vehicles from the requirement that they bear markings designating them as Town of Sahuarita vehicles. D. Approval of Amendment No. Five (5) to Contract No. CO13-0051 with Turner Laboratories, Inc., for lab testing services, commencing September 9, 2018 and terminating September 8, 2019; in an amount not to exceed $35,000. E. Amendment No. Four (4) to Contract No. CO14-0023 with Diggins and Sons Power Sweeping, Inc. dba Diggins Environmental Services for Roadway Sweeping Services, commencing July 1, 2018 and terminating June 30, 2019; in an amount not to exceed $70,000. F. Approval of Amendment No. Three (3) to Contract No. 160015 with Western Refining Southwest, Inc., for fleet card services, commencing July 9, 2018 and terminating July 8, 2019; in an amount not to exceed $144,050. G. Approval of Amendment No. Two (2) to Contract No. 170003 with Crestline Software LLC, dba Munibilling for wastewater billing services, commencing July 1, 2018 and terminating June 30, 2019; in an amount not to exceed $130,000. H. Approval of Amendment No. One (1) to Contract No. 180009 between the Town of Sahuarita and Sentinel Technologies, Inc., for network operations monitoring and support, commencing July 1, 2018 and terminating June 30, 2019; in an amount not to exceed $42,157.44. 8. Possible adoption of Resolution No. 2018-0553, adopting a tentative budget in the amount of $58,873,920, adopting the estimated amounts required to meet the public expenses for the Town of Sahuarita for the Fiscal Year 2019, authorizing and directing publication of statements and schedules of the tentative budget, together with notice of hearing on said budget and notice of date of final adoption of said budget. Public hearing and recommendation to the Arizona Department of Liquor Licenses and control regarding an application for a Series 12 Liquor License by Chuy's Mesquite Broiler at 100 W. Duval Mine Road #110, Green Valley, Arizona, 85614, within the incorporated limits of the Town of Sahuarita. Action recommended: recommend approval of the license. 10.
