Town Council Meeting Agenda Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.02 notice is hereby given to the public that the Sahuarita Town Council will hold a meeting at the date and time specified below at the Sahuarita Council Chambers, 375 West Sahuarita Center Way, Sahuarita, AZ. Members of the Town of Sahuarita Council will attend either in person or by telephone conference call. To better serve our community, the Sahuarita Council Chambers is wheelchair accessible. Persons with a disability may request a reasonable accommodation, such as a sign language interpreter, by contacting the Town Clerk’s Office at 520-822-8801. Invocation The Invocation will be given by Pastor Efrain Zavala from Santa Cruz Valley United Methodist Church. Our invocations are provided by volunteers, and presenters will be accepted and welcomed regardless of religious affiliation. Interested parties may contact the Town Clerk. 3. Pledge of Allegiance The Pledge of Allegiance will be led by Carlos Serrano, a first grade student at Borton Primary Magnet School. 4. Roll Call 5. Approval of Agenda Action recommended: approve the agenda. 6. Call to the Public At this time, any member of the public is invited to address the Town Council on any issue which is on tonight’s Consent Agenda or on any issue which the Town Council can lawfully act upon at a future meeting. Written comments regarding any item on the agenda or on any issue which the Town Council can lawfully act upon may be submitted prior to the beginning of the council meeting for distribution to the Town Council. Pursuant to the Arizona Open Meeting Laws, the Council may not discuss the items, but individual members of the Council may respond to criticism made by those who have addressed the Council, may ask staff to review the matter, or may ask that the matter be placed on a future agenda. 7. Approval of Contract No. 190008 with Sahuarita Water Company, LLC to provide information concerning water usage, connections and disconnections and other information relating to water usage for customers who are connected to the Town's wastewater collection system; commencing October 10, 2018 and terminating October 10, 2023. C. Approval of the Final Plat for Madera Highlands Village 4A (Case No. SA12-18-00009). 8. Adoption of Resolution No. 2018-0566 authorizing the Town to enter into a first amendment to an Intergovernmental Agreement with the Sahuarita Unified School District, regarding the construction and joint use by the Town and the School District of Anza Trail Park, and the allocation of town funds for construction of Anza Trail Park. Action recommended: approve the IGA. 9. Discussion and possible approval of Amendment No. Three (3) to Contract No. 170048, with Norris Design-AZ, LLC, for additional Town Center Vision Project services, commencing October 10, 2018, in an amount not to exceed $54,500; and to approve the necessary budget amendment in the Grants and Restricted Sources Fund, increasing grant revenues and expenditures by $54,500. Action recommended: approve the contract. 10. Council and Town Manager Reports and Requests STUDY SESSION 11. Presentation and discussion of the Quail Crossing-Phase 2, Project Scope and Schedule. Action recommended: pleasure of the Council. 12. Adjournment Action may be taken by the Town Council on any item listed on this agenda. The Town Council may vote to go into executive session pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03 (A) (3) for discussion or consultation for legal advice with the Town Attorney concerning any matter listed on this agenda.
