PUBLIC HEARING ID#13-249 2014 Special Assessment for Collection of Unpaid Charges from Property Owners Recommendation: Adopt a RESOLUTION confirming charges from calendar years 2011 to 2013, of unpaid nuisance abatement charge, administrative penalty, administrative cost, or other debt on 133 properties within the City of Salinas, and direct the Finance Director to collect the unpaid charges from the property owners in the same manner as ordinary municipal taxes. ID#13-267 Third Amendment to FY 2013-14 and FY 2004-05 Action Plans to change the use of the Sherwood Hall and the Salinas Community Center facilities located at 940 North Main Street from a primary use as Public Facilities to use as a Charter High School.
