CONSIDERATION ID#13-393 Update Proposed Utility Users Tax (UUT) Ordinance Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council adopt a RESOLUTION 1. Ordering the submission of a measure to the qualified electors of the City to amend the Utility Users Tax; and 2. Requesting that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Monterey consolidate the election with the established election to be held on November 4, 2014 and direct the County Elections Department to conduct the election on the City's behalf.
