ID#13-491 License Agreement with Del Sala Farmer’s Produce, Inc., for Christmas Tree Sales Lot at 1410 North Main Street Recommendation: Adopt a RESOLUTION authorizing the City Manager to sign a License Agreement on behalf of the City of Salinas, with Del Sala Farmer's Produce, Inc. to use City property at 1410 North Main Street adjacent to the El Gabilan Library to sell Christmas trees. CONSIDERATION ID#13-505 Status Update of Homeless in Chinatown and Lease of 115 East Lake Street for a Homeless Health Care Center Recommendation: Receive a status report concerning City and regional efforts to address the needs of the homeless; and adopt a RESOLUTION authorizing the Mayor to execute a lease for 115 East Lake Street to become a homeless health care center.
