ID#13-526 Cesar Chavez Park Play Equipment Replacement; Project No. 9189 Recommendation: Adopt a RESOLUTION approving plans and specifications for the Cesar Chavez Park Play Equipment Replacement; Project No. 9189; and authorize issuance of invitation to bid, with bids to be opened on January 6, 2015. ADMINISTRATIVE REPORT ID#13-502 Status of Forming a Downtown Community Benefits District (Property Based Improvement District) and Determining Next Steps Recommendation: It is recommended that the Council receive the status of the effort to form a Community Benefits District and provide feedback. ID#13-476 Community and Economic Development Department Organizational Assessment (Citygate Report) - 2nd Progress Report on Implementation of the Strategic Action Plan. Recommendation: Accept the "Second Progress Report on Implementation of the Strategic Action Plan" ID#13-534 Finance, Payroll and Human Resources Management System Replacement Recommendation: It is recommended that the Council receive this administrative report and direct staff to proceed with replacing the City's outdated finance, payroll, and human resources management system.
