ID#15-475 New York Life Insurance - PPA and Heart Act Amendments Recommendation: Approve a RESOLUTION amending the retirement plan of the City of Salinas to include changes required by the IRS. ID#15-476 Salinas Commercial Broadband Infrastructure Recommendation: Approve a RESOLUTION authorizing a Request for Proposals to develop a commercially-focused broadband infrastructure. ID#15-485 2015/2016 Special Curb Marking Deletions Recommendation: Approve a RESOLUTION updating the status of the 2015/2016 special curb markings by deleting two (2) special curb markings as detailed herein. ID#15-488 Total Classification Compensation Study Recommendation: Approve a RESOLUTION authorizing the City Manager to sign the Professional Services Agreement with Public Sector Personnel Consultants to perform the Classification Compensation Study. ID#15-489 Fire Station Emergency Generator Bid Award Recommendation: Approve a RESOLUTION awarding Bid 15/1120 to Collins Electrical Co. Inc. at a total cost not to exceed $170,000.
