The public may request that the legislative body consider adding an item for consideration on a future agenda. In order to be respectful of all speakers’ views and to avoid disruption of the meeting, the audience shall refrain from applauding or jeering speakers who have been recognized by the Mayor. ID#18-615 Public Works Department Policy 75-1 Update Recommendation: Approve a Resolution confirming an update to Public Works Department Policy 75-1 regarding Contract Change Orders for Capital Improvement Projects. ID#18-628 Uncontrolled Crosswalk at East Romie Lane and Alameda Avenue Recommendation: Approve a Resolution to remove the uncontrolled marked crosswalk located at the intersection of East Romie Lane and Alameda Avenue. ID#18-632 2018 Engineering and Traffic Survey for Speed Limits Recommendation: Approve a Resolution to establish speed limits as recommended by the 2018 Engineering and Traffic Survey for speed limits. ID#18-633 West Curtis Street “No Parking” Red Zones Recommendation: Approve a Resolution establishing "No Parking" red zones to clear sightlines along West Curtis Street at intersections with North Second and North Third Streets. ID#18-647 November 6, 2018 Municipal Election Canvass Recommendation: Approve a Resolution declaring the results of the November 6, 2018 Municipal Election for the office of Salinas Mayor and City Councilmembers for District 2, District 3, and District 5. ID#18-644 Audited Basic Financial Statements and Single Audit Report - June 30, 2018 Recommendation: Accept the audited Basic Financial Statements and Single Audit Report on federal funded programs for fiscal year ended June 30, 2018.
