Police Service Headquarters and El Gabilan Library Site Tour TOUR DETAILS Tour bus will depart from City Hall, 200 Lincoln Avenue, Salinas, California at 3:00 p.m. and return at approximately 5:00 p.m. Bus is scheduled to stop at the following locations: Salinas Police Service Headquarters 312 E. Alisal Street, Salinas El Gabilan Library 1400 N. Main Street, Salinas Members of the public are welcome to meet at each site and will be given an opportunity to address the City Council with respect to each site. Each site is currently under construction. Appropriate clothing and attire must be worn in order to be allowed to enter onto the sites. A limited amount of safety gear will be available.
