ID#20-161 Monterey Peninsula Foundation Grant Award Recommendation: Approve a Resolution accepting the Monterey Peninsula Foundation Grant award in the amount of $75,000 and authorize receipt of funds. ID#20-163 Salinas City Center Improvement Association (SCCIA) 2019 Annual Report Recommendation: Approve a Resolution accepting and approving the Salinas City Center Improvement Association Fiscal Year 2018-2019 Annual Report for the Downtown Salinas Community Benefit District Area. ID#20-166 Uniform Rental and Laundry Service Recommendation: Approve a Resolution approving the payment of services by Cintas Inc, and authorizing an agreement for uniform rental and laundry services. ID#20-170 Modification to the Classification - Salary Schedule Recommendation: Approve a Resolution modifying the Classification - Salary Schedule to reflect the addition of the classifications of unrepresented temporary Retired Annuitant - Assistant Finance Director; and Stormwater Technician. ID#20-171 Purchase and Installation of a Sprung Structure at the Chinatown Navigation Center Recommendation: Approve a Resolution authorizing: 1) the use of the Salinas Redevelopment Agency (SRA) Housing Trust Funds in the amount of $250,000 to purchase and install a sprung structure at the Chinatown Navigation Center and 2) the execution of an agreement by the City Manager with Sprung Instant Structures, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $250,000 for said purchase and installation. PUBLIC HEARING ID#20-162 Airport/Work Street Development (1341 Mercer Way) Recommendation: Approve a Resolution certifying the Mitigated Negative Declaration and Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program for a Ground Lease on the 13.25-acre parcel of land located at 1341 Mercer Way. Following this action, Staff recommends a motion approving a Ground Lease, Exchange Agreement, and Sublease with RN Borelli.
