ID#20-202 Cooperative Agreement between the City and the County of Monterey for the East Laurel Drive Pedestrian Improvement Project (CIP 9220) Recommendation: Approve a Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Cooperative Agreement between the City and County of Monterey for the pedestrian improvements, pedestrian lighting and street lighting installation which lie in the frontage of Monterey County offices on East Laurel Drive and approval for use of Monterey County land for construction station for the East Laurel Drive Pedestrian Improvement project.
