The motion carried by the following vote: Ayes: 7- Councilmember Barrera, Councilmember Cromeenes, Councilmember Gonzalez, Councilmember McShane, Councilmember Osornio, Councilmember Rocha and Mayor Craig Enactment No: RES 22288 ID#22-021 Amendment No. 1 to Master Agreement with Rincon Consultants, Inc. (Rincon) for General Planning and Environmental Services Upon motion by Councilmember Osornio, seconded by Councilmember Gonzalez, Resolution 22289 authorizing the Mayor to execute Amendment No. 1 to the Master Services Agreement with Rincon Consultants, Inc. (Rincon) increasing the total not to exceed compensation amount to $350,000 and approving a General Fund allocation of $60,000 was approved. The motion carried by the following vote: Ayes: 7- Councilmember Barrera, Councilmember Cromeenes, Councilmember Gonzalez, Councilmember McShane, Councilmember Osornio, Councilmember Rocha and Mayor Craig Enactment No: RES 22289 ID#22-022 Professional Services Agreement with Harris and Associates for the Industrial Wastewater Pump Station Improvements Upon motion by Councilmember Osornio, seconded by Councilmember Gonzalez, Resolution 22290 approving a Professional Services Agreement in the amount of $261,736 between the City of Salinas and Harris and Associates for the Industrial Wastewater Pump Station Improvements project was approved. The motion carried by the following vote: Ayes: 7- Councilmember Barrera, Councilmember Cromeenes, Councilmember Gonzalez, Councilmember McShane, Councilmember Osornio, Councilmember Rocha and Mayor Craig City of Salinas Page 3 City Council Meeting Minutes - Unofficial January 18, 2022 Enactment No: RES 22290 ID#22-024 Contract with Firefighter Inspiration Readiness for Firefighter Training Upon motion by Councilmember Osornio, seconded by Councilmember Gonzalez, Resolution 22291 authorizing the City Manager to execute a one-year professional services agreement with Firefighter Inspiration Readiness and Education, LLC for Incident Command System training for the Fire Department in the amount of $35,000 was approved. The motion carried by the following vote: Ayes: 7- Councilmember Barrera, Councilmember Cromeenes, Councilmember Gonzalez, Councilmember McShane, Councilmember Osornio, Councilmember Rocha and Mayor Craig Enactment No: RES 22291 ID#22-029 Project Information Package and Acceptance of California General Fund Grant Funds for the Hebbron Family Center Revitalization Project Upon motion by Councilmember Barrera, seconded by Councilmember Osornio, Resolution 22292 authorizing the submission of the Project Information Package; and acceptance of California general fund grant funds in the amount of $8.1 million; and the establishment of a new fund appropriation of $8.1 million and corresponding revenue budget for the Hebbron Family Center Revitalization Project with no matching funds required was approved.
