Upon motion by Councilmember Barrera, seconded by Councilmember Osornio,
Resolution allocating $10 million dollars from the FY 2022 Available Fund
Balance for various priority projects in need of funding as amended was

Gonzalez, Resolution approving Amendment No. 2 to the Agreement for
Professional Services with LAZ Parking California, LLC for the management of
the Monterey Street Garage, and an increase of up to $355,000.00 per year for the
agreement with LAZ Parking California, LLC, and use of Downtown Parking
District (6801) enterprise fund balance for the continued management of the
Monterey Street Garage.was approved. The motion carried by the following vote:

Upon motion by Councilmember Cromeenes, seconded by Councilmember

$161,765.10 between the City of Salinas and MJ Communications for installation
of Verkada Security Camera Systems at all Salinas Fire Stations was approved.

Upon motion by Councilmember Cromeenes, seconded by Councilmember
Gonzalez, Resolution to include the addition of the Homeless Services Manager
classification to the Classification - Salary Schedule. The position was added to
the approved workforce for the Community Development Department during the
FY 22-23 budget process.was approved. The motion carried by the following vote:
