Caballero's 2022 Young Legislators Program Received presentation from Marisa Hernandez, Office of Senator Anna Caballero Field Representative highlighting: CONSIDERATION ID#22-602 Project Funding from FY 2022 Available Fund Balance Upon motion by Councilmember Barrera, seconded by Councilmember Osornio, Resolution allocating $10 million dollars from the FY 2022 Available Fund Balance for various priority projects in need of funding as amended was approved. The motion carried by the following vote: Ayes: 6- Councilmember Barrera, Councilmember Cromeenes, Councilmember Gonzalez, Councilmember McShane, Councilmember Rocha and Mayor Craig Absent: 1- Councilmember Osornio ID#22-588 Monterey Street Parking Garage Management Agreement Amendment No. 2 Upon motion by Councilmember Cromeenes, seconded by Councilmember Gonzalez, Resolution approving Amendment No. 2 to the Agreement for Professional Services with LAZ Parking California, LLC for the management of the Monterey Street Garage, and an increase of up to $355,000.00 per year for the agreement with LAZ Parking California, LLC, and use of Downtown Parking District (6801) enterprise fund balance for the continued management of the Monterey Street Garage.was approved. The motion carried by the following vote: Ayes: 7- Councilmember Barrera, Councilmember Cromeenes, Councilmember Gonzalez, Councilmember McShane, Councilmember Osornio, Councilmember Rocha and Mayor Craig Enactment No: RES 22510 ID#22-596 Surplus Vehicles and equipment for Disposition Upon motion by Councilmember Cromeenes, seconded by Councilmember Gonzalez, Resolution declaring vehicles and equipment surplus and authorizing their disposal through auction or recycling was approved. The motion carried by the following vote: Ayes: 7- Councilmember Barrera, Councilmember Cromeenes, Councilmember Gonzalez, Councilmember McShane, Councilmember Osornio, Councilmember Rocha and Mayor Craig Enactment No: RES 22511 ID#22-597 Modification to Classification - Salary Schedule Upon motion by Councilmember Cromeenes, seconded by Councilmember Gonzalez, Resolution to include the addition of the Homeless Services Manager classification to the Classification - Salary Schedule. The position was added to the approved workforce for the Community Development Department during the FY 22-23 budget process.was approved.
