approving Conditional Use Permit 2022-057 was approved. The motion carried by
the following vote:

Appointment
Upon motion by Councilmember McShane, seconded by Mayor Craig,
reappointment of James Tashiro to serve on the Monterey County Mosquito
Abatement District Board of Trustees for a 4-year term thru January 2, 2027; and
refer the appointment process to the Decorum Committee to establish an
application and appointment process for future terms was approved. The motion
carried by the following vote:

Gonzalez, Resolution authorizing the City Manager to sign the Memorandum of
Understanding (MOU) with the Fire Supervisors Association (FSA), for a term
ending on December 31, 2025, and approving modification to the Classification -
Salary Schedule for the wage adjustments was approved. The motion carried by
the following vote:

approved. The motion carried by the following vote:

Upon motion by Councilmember Barrera, seconded by Councilmember
McShane, Resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute all agreements
and any required documents with the California Public Utilities Commission for
the Local Agency Technical Assistance Grant Program; accepting the Local
Agency Technical Assistance Grant funds in the amount of $470,304; and
authorize the establishment of a new CIP Account "Alisal Broadband Strategic
Plan" appropriation totaling $470,304 and corresponding revenue budget for the
Alisal Broadband Strategic Plan with no matching funds required was approved.

Professional Services with Urban Field Studio Oakland for a total compensation
amount not to exceed $380,340.00 for the development of the Alisal District
Identity Master Plan was approved. The motion carried by the following vote:

grant
funds and execution of an affordability covenant on title was approved. The

not to exceed $80,878.25 plus 10% contingency was approved. The motion carried
by the following vote:
