The motion carried by the following vote: Ayes: 7- Councilmember Barrera, Councilmember Gonzalez, Councilmember McShane, Councilmember Osornio, Councilmember Rocha, Councilmember Sandoval and Mayor Craig Enactment No: RES 22592 ID#23-084 Local Agency Technical Assistance Grant Acceptance Upon motion by Councilmember Barrera, seconded by Councilmember McShane, Resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute all agreements and any required documents with the California Public Utilities Commission for the Local Agency Technical Assistance Grant Program; accepting the Local Agency Technical Assistance Grant funds in the amount of $470,304; and authorize the establishment of a new CIP Account "Alisal Broadband Strategic Plan" appropriation totaling $470,304 and corresponding revenue budget for the Alisal Broadband Strategic Plan with no matching funds required was approved.
