ID#23-435 Professional Services Agreement with the Transportation Agency for Monterey County for the Harden Parkway Path & Safe Routes to School Project Non-Infrastructure Phase Recommendation: Approve a Resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute an Agreement for Professional Services between the City of Salinas and the Transportation Agency for Monterey County for a total compensation amount not to exceed of $1,719,854.42 for the Harden Parkway Path & Safe Routes to School Project Non-Infrastructure Phase. ID#23-455 Janitorial Service Agreement for the Salinas Municipal Airport Recommendation: Approve a Resolution awarding a janitorial service agreement for the Salinas Municipal Airport to Karla's Janitorial and Suppliers, LLC in an amount not to exceed $36,600.00 per year. ID#23-465 Regional Early Action Planning 2.0 (REAP 2.0) Grant Application Recommendation: Approve a Resolution authorizing applying for and entering into agreements for the Regional Early Action Planning 2.0 Grant. ID#23-468 Removal of an Uncontrolled Marked Crosswalk at Elvee Drive and relocation of an Uncontrolled Marked Crosswalk at East Alvin Drive at Solano Way Recommendation: Approve a Resolution approving the removal of the uncontrolled marked crosswalks at Elvee Drive and the relocation of the uncontrolled marked crosswalk at East Alvin Drive at Solano Way. ID#23-469 2-Hour Parking Zone Along West Gabilan Street Between Church Street and Lincoln Avenue Sign Plan Recommendation: Approve a Resolution establishing 2-hour parking zone designations along West Gabilan Street between Church Street and Lincoln Avenue. ID#23-470 2-Hour Parking Zone Request Along Holaday Avenue at 901 East Alisal Street Recommendation: Approve a Resolution establishing approximately 50 feet of 2-hour parking zone designations along Holaday Avenue at 901 East Alisal Street. ID#23-471 2023/2024 Special Curb Marking Deletions Recommendation: Approve a Resolution approving the 2023/2024 special curb markings list and removal of five (5) special curb markings parking stalls at 534, 536 and 546 Abbott Street. ID#23-472 “No Parking” Red Zones at Various Locations Recommendation: Approve Resolution(s) establishing 45 feet of "No Stopping" red zones at the intersection of Humboldt Drive and Donner Way, 65 feet of "No Stopping" red zones at the intersection of North Madeira Avenue and Roosevelt Street, 85 feet of "No Stopping" red zones at the intersection of Riker Street and Lang Street and 90 feet of "No Stopping" red zones at the intersection of Rochex Avenue and North 3rd Street. ID#23-476 Front Street/Sherwood Drive Adaptive Traffic Control System Project, CIP 9431 Final Acceptance Recommendation: Approve a Resolution accepting the Front Street/Sherwood Drive Adaptive Traffic Control System Project CIP 9431 for maintenance and responsibility. ID#23-478 Amendment to Professional Services Agreement with Harris and Associates for the Industrial Wastewater Pump Station Improvements Recommendation: Approve a Resolution approving an Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement in the amount of $102,082, for a total compensation under the agreement not to exceed $363,818 with Harris and Associates for the Industrial Wastewater Pump Station Improvements project. ID#23-480 Professional Service Agreement with Carollo Engineers for the Industrial Wastewater Treatment Facility Flood Damage Repairs Recommendation: Approve a Resolution approving a Professional Services Agreement in the amount of $413,800 with Carollo Engineers for the Industrial Wastewater Treatment Facility Flood Damage Repairs; authorize a transfer of funds of $413,800 from the General Fund to the Industrial Waste Fund; and authorize creation of and an appropriation to a dedicated CIP for the Industrial Wastewater Treatment Facility Flood Damage Repairs in the amount of $413,800 from the Industrial Waste Fund. ID#23-481 Amendment to Professional Services Agreement with E2 Consulting Engineers for the Industrial Wastewater Treatment Facility Expansion Project Recommendation: Approve a Resolution approving an Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement in the amount of $138,300 for a total compensation not to exceed $1,269,300 with E2 Consulting Engineers for the Industrial Wastewater Treatment Facility Expansion Project. Romie Lane Recommendation: Approve a Resolution authorizing the City Manager or designee to enter into an Agreement for Services for an amount not to exceed $36,040 with E&D Industrial Trades, Inc. dba ACME Plumbing for emergency repair of the sewer lateral at City-owned property located at 403 E. Romie Lane. ID#23-493 Encumbrance of SEATEC Underground Utilities, INC. Leasehold at the Salinas Municipal Airport at 467 Airport BLVD. in Favor of Bank of America Recommendation: Approve a Resolution consenting to the encumbrances of the Seatec Underground Utilities, Inc. leasehold in favor of Bank of America, N.A., in an amount not to exceed $1,309,903.00. ID#23-505 Arctic Wolf MDR Solution Renewal Recommendation: Approve a Resolution authorizing the renewal of Arctic Wolf MDR from Savant Solutions in an amount not to exceed $85,984 to provide city-wide network security monitoring. ID#23-507 MiVoice Connect Support Service Agreement Renewal Recommendation: Approve a Resolution authorizing the purchase and renewal of MiVoice Connect Support Service Agreement from ProTelesis Corporation in an amount not to exceed $30,647.89 to provide the City's business phone system.
