AGENDA MATERIAL / ADDENDUM
In the absence of the Chair and the Vice Chair, City Clerk Patricia M. Barajas, convene
the Measure V Oversight Committee meeting at 4:00 p.m and requested an addendum to
the Agenda adding "Committee Elections".
Upon motion by Committee member Estrada and second by Committee
member Huerta, the Measure V Oversight Committee approved the
addendum to the agenda.
Ayes: 6- Huerta, Evans, Estrada, Briscoe, Barker and Sivils
Absent: 1- Washington
Committee Elections - Appoint Chair
Upon motion by Committee member Briscoe and second by Committee
member Huerta, the Measure V Oversight Committee moved to appoint
Committee member Evans as Chair.
Committee Elections - Appoint Vice Chair
Upon motion by Committee member Estrada and second by Committee
memberSivils, the Measure V Oversight Committee moved to appoint
Committee member Huerta as Vice Chair.
Ayes: 6- Huerta, Evans, Estrada, Briscoe, Barker and Sivils

Huerta, the Measure V Oversight Committee approved the minutes of February 2,
2015.

Absent: 1- Washington
Abstain: 3- Evans, Briscoe and Sivils
CONSIDERATIONS

Matt Pressey, Finance Director presented the report.
Upon motion by Committee member Birscoe and second by Committee member
Huerta, the Measure V Oversight Committee approved the March 31, 2015
Financial Report.
Ayes: 6- Huerta, Evans, Estrada, Briscoe, Barker and Sivils
Absent: 1- Washington
ID#15-165 FY 2015-16 Budget
Matt Presey, Finance Director presented the report.
Upon motion by Committee member Briscoe and second by Committee member
Huerta, the Measure V Oversight Committee approved the Budget for FY 2015-16.
