CONSIDERATIONS ID#19-324 Election of Committee Chair and Vice Chair Upon motion by Committee member Wardwell, second by Committee member Patel, Committee member Lara was appointed as Committee Chair. Wardwell Absent: 2- Al Espindola and Maureen Wruck Upon motion by Committee member Lara, second by Committee member Patel, Committee member Wardwell was appointed as Vice Chair. Wardwell ID#19-359 Proposed 2020 Meeting Calendar Upon motion by Committee member Wardwell, second by Committee member Patel, the 2020 meeting calendar for the Measure G Oversight Committee was approved. Wardwell Absent: 2- Al Espindola and Maureen Wruck ADMINISTRATIVE REPORTS ID#20-023 December 31, 2019 Financial Report Finance Director Matt Pressey provided an overview of the December 31, 2019 Financial report. The Measure G Oversight Committee received and provided comments on the December 31, 2019 Measure G Financial Report (no action required). ID#20-024 Measure G FY 2019-20 Mid-Year Budget Adjustments Finance Director Matt Pressey provided an overview of the Mid-Year Budget Adjustments for fiscal year 2019-20. The Measure G Oversight Committee received and provided comments on the Measure G FY 2019-20 Mid-Year Budget Adjustments (no action required). FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS Committee member Wardwell thanked all the departments for being here and stated that he would like to the Fire department present at this meetings because it is a great opportunity to engage the community. GENERAL PUBLIC COMMENTS Receive public communications from the audience on items that are not on the agenda and that are in the City of Salinas’ subject matter jurisdiction. Comments on Consent or Consideration items should be held until the items are reached. The public may request that the committee consider adding an item for consideration on a future agenda. The public may comment on scheduled agenda items as they are considered. In order to be respectful of all speakers’ views and to avoid disruption of the meeting, the audience shall refrain from applauding or jeering speakers who have been recognized by the Chair. ID#19-359 Proposed 2020 Meeting Calendar Recommendation: Approve the 2020 meeting calendar for the Measure G Oversight Committee.
