In accordance with Executive Order N-29-20, the public may only view the meeting on television and/or online and not in the Council Chamber. ID#20-157 FY 2020-21 Operating and Capital Improvement Budgets Recommendation: Provide comments to the City Council on the Measure G expenditures proposed in the FY 2020-21 Operating and Capital Improvement Budgets. (MAJORITY VOTE REQUIRED).
