1. TMP-0930 RESOLUTION NO. 2017-8431 - PARKS MASTER PLAN UPDATE
Recommendation: ADOPT a resolution approving an update to the 1990 Parks Master Plan. It has been
determined that the proposed Resolution is exempt from the California Environmental
Quality Act (CEQA) per Section 15378 and/or Section 15061(b)(3) of the CEQA
Guidelines because there is no potential for the Parks Master Plan to result in a
physical change in the environment, either directly or indirectly and it can be seen with
certainty that there is no possibility of a significant effect on the environment.
