Kris Coleman Nicholl was in attendance. Voting Items Consent Calendar Approval of the Consent Calendar A motion was made by Kristin Coleman-Nicholl, seconded by Chris McCandless, to approve the Consent Calendar. The motion carried by a unanimous voice vote in favor. ANEX-09-18- The Community Development Department is recommending the City 5494(R) Council adopt Resolution #18-50C indicating the intent to annex an unincorporated area, totaling approximately 175 acres, located at approximately 8214 South to 8506 South Willow Creek Drive, 2550 East to 2570 East Robidoux Road, and 8300 South Etienne Way, setting a hearing to consider such an annexation, and directing publication of a hearing notice. Non-voting Items 18-369 Workshop to discuss future operational and capital needs: - Fire Department - Parks and Recreation Department - City Attorney's Office - City Administration - Finance & Administrative Services Attachments: October 2 Presentationsv2.pptx Brian Kelley introduced the workshop to discuss future operational and capital needs. Department heads from the Fire Department, Parks and Recreation Department, Attorney's Office, City Administration, and Finance & Administrative Services presented their four year time horizon for future projects.
