No action will be taken. 3.1 MOBILEHOME RENT CONTROL ORDINANCE Some mobilehome owners are requesting numerous amendments to the City of Santa Rosa Mobilehome Rent Control Ordinance (the “Ordinance”). The purpose of the Study Session is to review the history of the Ordinance and its current provisions, and allow an opportunity for Council to evaluate whether to direct staff to undertake review and analysis of the mobilehome owners’ requested amendments, and if so, to proceed with a formal public review process with the mobilehome owners and the mobilehome park owners, which may or may not lead to recommended changes. This study session has been prepared to review State laws regarding rent stabilization, to consider an overview of the housing market and to consider potential options. CONSENT ITEMS 11.1 RESOLUTION - SANTA ROSA BICYCLE AND PEDESTRIAN BRIDGE - AMENDMENT TO SONOMA COUNTY TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY (SCTA) COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended by the Transportation and Public Works Department that Council, by resolution, approve the first amendment to Cooperative Agreement M71406 between the Sonoma County Transportation Authority and the City of Santa Rosa making available a total of $250,000 of Measure M funding for the proposed Bike-Pedestrian Access Across Highway 101 project.
