CAB ANNOUNCEMENTS CAB Members may share community news of interest to the CAB as a whole. CAB Members may also announce upcoming community events that may be of interest to the CAB. This is also the time when CAB Members may announce departure from the meeting early, or any other announcement that may affect the meeting. 5. STAFF UPDATES This time is reserved for City staff to provide a briefing on issues of interest. No action will be taken on these matters except to possibly place a particular item on a future agenda for consideration. SCHEDULED ITEMS 6.1 PRESENTATION: MEASURE O UPDATE AND PUBLIC EDUCATION OUTREACH City staff will review public education outreach material and garner feedback from the CAB for potential ballot measure for November 2022. City of Santa Rosa Regular Meeting Agenda and Summary Report Page 3 of 4 Community Advisory Board MAY 25, 2022 PRESENTATION - MEASURE O UPDATE AND PUBLIC EDUCATION OUTREACH Attachments: MEASURE O PRESENTATION 6.2 2022 HOLIDAY MEETING SCHEDULE AND IN-PERSON MEETINGS The CAB will make decisions about when to hold their November and December meetings and when to move monthly meetings back to in-person. 6.3 NEXT STEP FOR IMPLEMENTING STRATEGIC PLAN OBJECTIVES FOR 2022 CAB will determine next steps for how it will implement the objectives it prioritized in the April 2022 meeting. 2022 SELECTED OBJECTIVES. The CAB will discuss whether the board would like to move forward with obtaining City email addresses. 6.5 ISSUES OF CONCERN TO CITY RESIDENTS This is a standing agenda item. CAB Members will report on issues of concern to community members within their CAB areas and the city as a whole. Community members may use public comment during this item to bring issues of concern to the CAB. 7. FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS This schedule is tentative and subject to change pending final publication and posting of the Meeting Agenda.
