A total of 36 parking stalls are proposed. The supplemental density bonus requires a Minor Conditional Use Permit, whereas 35% awarded by the State is by-right. The construction of the project requires Minor Design Review pursuant to Zoning Code Chapter 20-16. Amenities include an internal courtyard and private balconies.
