Discussion and Vote: Approval for Mayor to Sign Occupational Medicine Services Agreement with Saratoga Hospital Mayor Kelly advised this is for alcohol and drug testing on a fee service arrangement. Discussion and Vote: MOA Between City of Saratoga Springs and Saratoga Springs PBA Commissioner Madigan advised she will have cost-outs tomorrow. Discussion and Vote: Resolution Authorizing the Sale of Certain Real Property No comments. Discussion and Vote: Determination of Merit for Review of Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) Vince DeLeonardis, city attorney, advised this vote is to determine if draft 3 has merit for review by the City and County Planning Boards as well as DRC. They will determine if the UDO is consistent with the Comprehensive Plan. Commissioner Madigan asked how long the boards have for review and can they ask for an extension. Vince DeLeonardis advised the boards have 60 days to review and provide advisory opinion. An extension can be requested. Commissioner Dalton stated she is hoping for clarification on the greenbelt trail. Discussion and Vote: Approval to Adopt Citizen Advisory Committee Recommendations 2021 CDBG Funding No comments. Discussion and Vote: Beacon/Saratoga Workforce Housing PILOT Resolution and Agreement Commissioner Madigan advised this is for affordable housing program at Excelsior Park. There will be 56 units with commercial space. Discussion and Vote: Authorization for Mayor to Sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) Re: Grant to the City of Saratoga Springs from the New York State Economic Development Corporation (ESD) to be Administered by the New York State Technology Enterprise Corporation (NYSTEC), for a PILOT Program Re: the Construction and Implementation of LED Streetlights Incorporating Public WiFi and Video Analytics Commissioner Madigan advised the City received a grant to establish a PILOT program for streetlights. Discussion and Vote: Approval to Pay Invoice 3000291 in the Amount of $1,000 to Bolton St. John for Government Services No comments.
