PUBLIC SAFETY DEPARTMENT Discussion and Vote: Proposed New “Call In” Rate for the Part Time Traffic Control Technician Commissioner Montagnino advised he is proposing $50 per hour for the first two hours then going to the regular rate of pay. Discussion and Vote: Authorization for the Mayor to Sign the Public Information Finding (PIF) for the Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) Grant Commissioner Montagnino advised this is for installation of ADA compliant signals. There are a total of 12 signals. Discussion and Vote: Accept Contribution of $325 from Nancy and Jim Montagnino for the City Fees for the Production of Brigadoon in the Park by Home Made Theater on September 10, 2023 No comments. Discussion and Vote: Authorization for the Mayor to Sign an Agreement with the Saratoga Springs City School District for School Resource Officers Commissioner Montagnino advised this is for two years. SUPERVISORS Mayor Kim advised Supervisor Veitch has one item on his agenda – Saratoga County Bike Routes. Mayor Kim stated there will be an executive session regarding pending litigation. In addition, the resolution passed for parking restrictions near the high school may be incorrect. Commissioner Moran stated he does not recall Joseph Street being included in the list of streets for restrictions.
