CALL TO ORDER Commissioner Sanghvi called the meeting to order at 8:31 a.m. PUBLIC COMMENT Mayor Kim opened the public comment period at 8:32 a.m. No one spoke. Mayor Kim closed the public comment period at 8:32 a.m. FINANCE DEPARTMENT Set Public Hearing: Proposed Amended 2024 City Budget Page 2 of 3 City Council Meeting 11/13/2023 Commissioner Sanghvi set a public hearing for Tuesday, November 28, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. Commissioner Sanghvi explained per the City Charter, two public hearings are to be held for the comprehensive budget and changes made to the budget must be identified to the public. This public hearing will allow the public to speak to those changes. Commissioner Montagnino asked if the chiefs will have an opportunity to speak with Commissioner Sanghvi before the meeting on November 28. Commissioner Sanghvi advised they will, she will continue to meet with them.
