CITY OF SARATOGA SPRINGS MUNICIPAL CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION Special MEETING/executive session Commissioner of Public safety’s office thursDAY, JANUARY 31, 2013 PRESENT: ELIO DELSETTE, CHAIRPERSON ROBERT MAINS, COMMISSIONER KIMBERLY GALVIN, COMMISSIONER COMMISSIONER CHRISTIAN MATHIESEN DEPUTY COMMISSIONER EILEEN FINNERAN CHIEF OF POLICE CHRISTOPHER COLE Chairpersons DelSette called the meeting to order at 4:00pm Chairperson DelSette made a motion to meet in executive session for the discussion of personnel issues and possible disqualification of a candidate. Seconded by Commissioner Galvin. Ayes all. Chairperson DelSette adjourned the executive session at 4:30pm. Chairperson DelSette stated that the Commission made the following determinations: Upheld the disqualification of a candidate Revised the wording for the medical/agility/psychological/drug testing requirement policy.
