City of Saratoga Springs Board of Ethics Minutes Thursday, February 9, 2012 PRESENT: Justin Hogan – Chair, Ted Obloy and Marilyn Rivers Tony Izzo, Advisor ABSENT: Cathy Masie LOCATION: City Hall City Council Room Minutes The Minutes of November 28, 2011 were reviewed. Upon a motion by Ted Obloy, seconded by Marilyn and the motion passed unanimously. Discussion Employee Disclosure Form: The Board reviewed the current City of Saratoga Springs’ Employee Disclosure Form. A change was recommended for paragraph 7 as it appears redundant and confusing. The paragraph should begin as “If an entity identified in paragraph 5 above….” The Board reviewed the Employee Disclosure Forms submitted by employees as of this meeting date. Some employee forms were returned for incompleteness. Employee Awareness Material: The Board requested a status of the employee payroll flyer. Tony Izzo will follow up as to its current status. Justin will provide the latest draft to Tony for final approval. Next Meeting March ????
