Village President Barb Dickmann called the meeting to order at 8:00 p.m.
Village Administrator Dawn Wagner gave the Statement of Public Notice.
Members: Barb Dickmann-present, Dan Sauer-present, David Maglio-present, Mike Krocka-present,
Michael Gielow-absent, Joe Caban-present, and Scott Fischer-present.
Others Present: Dawn Wagner, Mary Kay Baumann, Ray deBruijn, Vicki Lee, Troy Mleziva - Kwik Trip,
Chief Goetz, and Mark Jaeger

CITIZEN COMMENTS AND QUESTIONS
None.
APPROVE MINUTES OF JUNE 16, 2015 MEETING
Maglio/Krocka made a motion to approve the June 16, 2015 minutes as presented. Motion carried.
COMMUNICATIONS
REPORT FROM THE VILLAGE PRESIDENT
Dickmann reported that the fireworks on the 4 th of July were the best ever.
Dickmann thanked the 4th of July Committee for all their efforts in putting the events together.
REPORT FROM THE VILLAGE ADMINISTRATOR
Wagner also gave a “thank you” to the 4th of July Committee.
ORDINANCES – RESOLUTIONS – PETITIONS
Res. #1216 – 2014 CMAR Report
Sauer reported that this is an annual report that the Utility Department is required to complete. Sauer
stated that, as in the past, the department had a perfect report.
Dickmann read Res. #1216 – 2014 CMAR Report.
Sauer/Maglio made a motion to adopt Res. #1216 – 2014 CMAR Report as presented. Motion carried.
Res. #1217 – Accepting Improvements – Foster Drive North
deBruijn stated that he inspected Foster Drive for the required improvements per the Development
Agreement.
deBruijn reported that most of the requirements had been completed and the balance are currently being
worked on.
deBruijn stated that the landscaping was going to be worked on tomorrow (Wednesday).
deBruijn stated that the final finishes need to be put on the roadway and some signs still need to be put
up.

Troy Mleziva stated that Kwik Trip appreciated all the work from the DPW.
Dickmann and Wagner both stated that Kwik Trip worked well with Village staff.
Krocka/Caban made a motion to waive the reading of Res. #1217 – Accepting Improvements – Foster Drive
North. Motion carried.
Sauer/Caban made a motion to adopt Res. #1217 – Accepting Improvements – Foster Drive North.
REPORTS OF VILLAGE BOARD COMMITTEES
Utility Committee
Sauer reported on the meeting of July 15, 2015.
The 2014 CMAR Report was reviewed and recommended to the Village Board for approval.
Staff provided an update on Well #6.
Test pumping for the new well began today.
Hartmann and Kropidlowski both commented on how easy it was working with Kwik Trip.
The Utility Dept. is working with Jeneil Biotech on some on-going issues.
Public Works Committee
No meeting was held.
Public Safety Committee
The next meeting is scheduled for Thursday, July 16, 2015.
Finance Committee
Dickmann reported on the meeting of July 15, 2015.
Claims for June 2015 in the amount of $202,645.05 were reviewed and approved.
Other Matters:
Kwik Trip will be holding its ribbon cutting on Wednesday, July 22 nd.
The Village will be celebrating its 100 Year Anniversary in October.
Engineering Exhaust closed on land in the Business Park this afternoon.
2016 Budget prep has been distributed to the department heads.
An e-mail was distributed regarding Accurate Appraisal.
An update was provided on the 2015 road projects.
One of the box lights in front of the Police Department was struck by lightning.
The Police Department has designed a new patch to be worn on their uniforms.
The Village had the best 4th of July Fireworks ever!!

REPORTS OF SPECIAL COMMITTEES
Plan Commission
Dickmann reported on the meeting of July 2, 2015.
Minutes from the May 7th meeting were reviewed and approved.
An application for a new sign for the YMCA was reviewed and approved.
A Certificate of Compliance for a change of use at 289 E. Green Bay Ave. was reviewed and approved.
A CSM for property in the Town of Saukville at W. Center Rd. and CTH I was reviewed and recommended
to the Village Board for approval.
Sauer/Maglio made a motion to approve the CSM for the property located at W. Center Rd. and CTH I in
the Town of Saukville. Motion carried.
Res. #1215 was recommended to the Village Board for approval.
Two land sales in the business park were approved.
Community Development Authority/Industrial Review Committee
Minutes from the meeting of June 29th were in the packet.
The next meeting is scheduled for Thursday, July 16, 2015.
Library Board
Caban reported on the meeting of July 14, 2015.
Closing hours for 2016 were reviewed and approved.
Policies regarding inclement weather and material use were reviewed.
The Village’s 100 Year Celebration event will take place on Saturday, October 17 th at the Library.
Mid-Moraine Municipal Association
No report.
OPERATOR’S LICENSE APPROVALS
Maglio/Krocka made a motion to approve the Operator’s License Applications for Ehlers, Teglia, Lorenz,
Clayton, Gaedtke, Kamm, Bolz, Anderson, and Thiry for Kwik Trip, Ziebell For Mid-City Quick Mart,
Anderson for Mel’s Club 33, Lawrence for Walgreens, Klinger for J’Sports Bar, Cribb for Railroad Station,
McCambridge for Tri-Par, and Karrels for Friends of Saukville Fire Dept. Motion carried.
LIQUOR LICENSE APPROVALS
Krocka/Sauer made a motion to approve the “Class B” Liquor License Application for Good Game
Hospitality Group, LLC d/b/a Rally Time Sports Bar, 289 W. Dekora St., requested by Dan Festge and Scott
Festge. Motion carried.
CITIZEN MATTERS AS NOTICED
None.
ADJOURNMENT
Krocka/Caban made a motion to adjourn. Motion carried at 8:15 p.m.
