Village President Barb Dickmann called the meeting to order at 8:00 p.m.
Village Administrator Dawn Wagner gave the Statement of Public Notice.
Members: Barb Dickmann-present, Dan Sauer-present, David Maglio-present, Mike Krocka-present,
Michael Gielow-absent, Joe Caban-present, and Scott Fischer-present.
Others Present: Dawn Wagner, Mary Kay Baumann, Chief Goetz, Chief Schultz, Ray deBruijn, Jack
Morrison, Ruth Ann Dobbs-American Legion Auxiliary, and Mark Jaeger.

APPROVE MINUTES OF APRIL 19, 2016 MEETING
Sauer/Maglio made a motion to approve the April 19, 2016 minutes as presented. Motion carried.
COMMUNICATIONS
REPORT FROM THE VILLAGE PRESIDENT
Dickmann read a proclamation declaring May 1-7th Municipal Clerk’s Appreciation Week.
Dickmann read a proclamation declaring Friday, May 6th as Poppy Day in the Village of Saukville.
Ruth Ann Dobbs of Saukville American Legion Post #470 Woman’s Auxiliary distributed poppies and
received donations.
REPORT FROM THE VILLAGE ADMINISTRATOR
No report.
PUBLIC HEARING - to hear comments on a Zoning Ordinance Text Amendment requested by Hillcrest
Builders/Hillcrest Realty to amend §205-36.A(1), Creating § 205-36.H and Amending §205-96.C – R-C
Condominium Residential District (8:05 p.m.)
Wagner reported that the information submitted was reviewed by and recommended to the Village Board
from Plan Commission.
The amendment states that residential buildings with 5 or more units would require 50% brick or natural
stone on the exterior. Buildings with 4 or less units would not have that requirement.
Wagner stated that the developer submitted all the information required for the text amendment.
Hearing no other comments, Dickmann requested a motion to close the Public Hearing.
Krocka/Sauer made a motion to close the Public Hearing. Roll call vote was taken with all in favor.
Motion carried at 8:10 p.m.

Ord. #764 - Amending §205-36.A(1), Creating §205-36.H, and Amending §205-96.C – R-C
Condominium Residential District
Caban/Sauer made a motion to waive the first reading of Ord. #764 - Amending §205-36.A(1), Creating
§205-36.H, and Amending §205-96.C – R-C Condominium Residential District. Motion carried.
Maglio/Sauer made a motion to waive the reading of Ord. #764 - Amending §205-36.A(1), Creating §205-
36.H, and Amending §205-96.C – R-C Condominium Residential District. Motion carried.
Sauer/Krocka made a motion to approve Ord. #764 - Amending §205-36.A(1), Creating §205-36.H, and
Amending §205-96.C – R-C Condominium Residential District as presented. Motion carried.
REPORTS OF VILLAGE BOARD COMMITTEES
Utility Committee
No report.
Public Works Committee
No report.
Public Safety Committee
The next meeting is scheduled for Thursday, May 12, 2016.
Finance Committee
Dickmann reported on the meetings of April 25 and May 3, 2016.
Dickmann reported that the April 25th was the continued discussion regarding the Village’s Financial
Planning.
Dickmann reported on the May 3rd Meeting.
The Board convened to Closed Executive Session.
Discussion was held regarding the temporary assignment of an Assistant Chief for the EMS Division.
The Board authorized the Fire Chief to temporarily appoint an individual to the position of Assistant Chief-
EMS.
Caban/Krocka made a motion to approve the Limited Term Assignment Appointment as recommended
from Finance. Motion carried.
A recommendation was made to the Village Board to approve the changes to the Personnel Manual Section
3.09 (EE), (JJ), (KK), (LL) & (MM) – Fire Department Position Descriptions.
Krocka/Sauer made a motion to approve the changes to the Personnel Manual Section 3.09 (EE), (JJ),
(KK), (LL) & (MM) – Fire Department Position Descriptions as presented. Motion carried.
Other Matters:
The Chamber will be holding its Annual Golf Outing and Awards Banquet on Tuesday, June 14 th. If anyone
is interested in attending, please contact Mary Kay.
The Live @ the Triangle entertainment has been finalized and posters are being printed.
There is a Community Preparedness Day planned for Saturday, May 7th at the YMCA. The Port
Washington/Saukville Rotary Club will be sponsoring the event.

Plan Commission
The next meeting is scheduled for Thursday, May 5, 2016.
Community Development Authority/Industrial Review Committee
Dickmann reported on the meeting of April 21, 2016.
Dickmann stated that the annual election of Officers was held. Dickmann was appointed chair-person and
Mike Gielow vice chair-person.
A sign request for Aisle Logic was reviewed and approved.
The building and site plan for Well #6 were reviewed and approved.
The Committee welcomed Andy Hebein as their newest member.
Library Board
The next meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, May 10, 2016.
Mid-Moraine Municipal Association
The next meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, May 11, 2016.
