Village President, Barb Dickmann, called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m.
Village Clerk, Mary Kay Baumann, gave the Statement of Public Notice.
Members: Barb Dickmann-present, Dan Sauer-present, David Maglio-present, Mike Krocka-present,
Michael Gielow-present, Joe Caban-present, and Scott Fischer-present

APPROVE MINUTES OF DECEMBER 7, 2016 MEETING
Maglio/Krocka made a motion to approve the December 7, 2016 minutes as presented. Motion carried.
COMMUNICATIONS
REPORT FROM THE VILLAGE PRESIDENT
Dickmann read and presented Officer Joe Holeva with a plaque and gift card recognizing his 32 years of
service on the Saukville Police Department.
Dickmann thanked Holeva on behalf of the Village Board and staff.
Chief Goetz presented Holeva with his service revolver and his retirement badge. Goetz also thanked him
for his dedication and service to the department.

Krocka/Caban made a motion to waive the reading of Res. #1253 – Amended Preliminary Resolution
Declaring Intent to Exercise Special Assessment Police Powers Under Sec. 66.0703, Wis. Stats. Motion
carried.
Gielow/Sauer made a motion to approve Res. #1253 – Amended Preliminary Resolution Declaring Intent to
Exercise Special Assessment Police Powers Under Sec. 66.0703, Wis. Stats. Motion carried.

Utility Committee

Public Safety Committee
The next meeting is scheduled for Thursday, January 12, 2017.
Finance Committee
Dickmann reported on the meeting of January 3, 2017.
Claims for November 2016 in the amount of $183,673.54 were reviewed and approved.
The Investment Report was reviewed.
Res. #1253 was recommended to the Village Board for approval.
Committee went in to Closed Executive Session.
A recommendation was made to the Village Board to approve the Contract for Professional Services – Mead
& Hunt Planning & Development Services.
Maglio/Krocka made a motion to approve the Contract for Professional Services – Mead & Hunt Planning &
Development Services as presented. Motion carried.

Plan Commission
The next meeting is scheduled for Thursday, January 5, 2017.
Community Development Authority/Industrial Review Committee
No report.
Library Board
The next meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, January 10, 2017.

The next meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, January 11, 2017.
OPERATOR’S LICENSE APPROVALS
Krocka/Sauer made a motion to approve an Operator’s License Application for Stroessner for Walgreens.
Motion carried.
LIQUOR LICENSE APPROVALS
None.
CITIZEN MATTERS AS NOTICED
None.
ADJOURNMENT
Caban/Krocka made a motion to adjourn. Motion carried at 7:34 p.m.
