Motion carried. COMMUNICATIONS REPORT FROM THE VILLAGE PRESIDENT No report REPORT FROM THE VILLAGE ADMINISTRATOR No report ORDINANCES – RESOLUTIONS – PETITIONS Res. #1263- 2018 Water Utility Budget Sauer/Maglio made a motion to waive the reading of Res. #1263 – 2018 Water Utility Budget. Motion carried. Sauer/Gielow made a motion to approve Res. #1263 – 2018 Water Utility Budget as presented. Motion carried. Res. #1264 – 2018 Wastewater Utility Budget Fischer/Maglio made a motion to waive the reading of Res. #1264 – 2018 Wastewater Utility Budget Motion carried. Fischer/Sauer made a motion to approve Res. #1264 – 2018 Wastewater Utility Budget as presented. Motion carried. REPORTS OF VILLAGE BOARD COMMITTEES Utility Committee No report Public Works Committee No report  October 9, 2017 Public Safety Committee No report Finance Committee Dickmann reported on the meeting of November 7, 2017. Claims for September 2017 in the amount of $451,777.02 were reviewed and approved. The Budget Watch and Investment Report were reviewed. A recommendation was made to the Village Board to approve the Community Rivers Program – Riveredge Nature Center Agreement. The funds for the program would be paid through the Storm Water Fund ($5,000) and $750 each from Water and Wastewater budgets. Maglio/Sauer made a motion to approve the Community Rivers Program – Riveredge Nature Center Agreement for a 1 year term at a cost of $6,500. Motion carried. OTHER MATTERS Dickmann reported that she and Dawn Wagner were invited to participate on a 3-person panel with Greg Johnson from Ehlers at the Ehlers Finance Seminar in February 2018. Discussion will be held regarding the partnership with the Village of Saukville and Ehlers in implementing the Financial Management Plan for the Village. The Chamber will hold its Annual Christmas Breakfast on Wednesday, December 6th at 7:00 a.m. at Saukville Elementary. The Chamber will hold its Annual Holiday Party on Wednesday, December 13th from 5:30-8:30 p.m. at the Bog. The Committee was presented with options for the Grady Park pavilion. REPORTS OF SPECIAL COMMITTEES Plan Commission Dickmann reported on the meeting of November 7, 2017. Minutes of the October 3, 2017 meeting were reviewed and approved. A sign request for Sauk Trail Dental was reviewed and approved. A request for solar panels at Energenecs was reviewed and approved. A request for a canopy at U-Haul was reviewed and approved. Two properties on S. Dries St. were reviewed for a zoning change from I-1 to R-3. A recommendation was made to the Village Board for Public Hearing and approval. Community Development Authority/Industrial Review Committee No report Library Board No report Mid-Moraine Municipal Association No report  October 9, 2017 OPERATOR’S LICENSE APPROVALS Sauer/Maglio made a motion to approve Operator License Applications for Franzke for Tri-Par and Funmaker for Railroad Station. Motion carried. LIQUOR LICENSE APPROVALS None CITIZEN MATTERS AS NOTICED None ADJOURNMENT Sauer/Maglio made a motion to adjourn to November 28, 2017.
