Village President Barb Dickmann called the meeting to order at 8:00 p.m.
Village Clerk Mary Kay Baumann gave the Statement of Public Notice.
Members: Barb Dickmann-present, Dan Sauer-present, David Maglio-present, Michael Gielow-absent, Joe
Caban-present, and Scott Fischer-present

APPROVE MINUTES OF NOVEMBER 28, 2017 MEETING
Maglio/Fischer made a motion to approve the November 28, 2017 minutes as presented. Motion carried.
COMMUNICATIONS
REPORT FROM THE VILLAGE PRESIDENT
Dickmann requested a motion to approve the Elections Inspectors for the 2018-2019 Election Cycle.
Maglio/Caban made a motion to approve the Elections Inspectors for the 2018-2019 Election Cycle as
listed. Motion carried.
Dickmann wished everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

Dickmann reported on the meeting of December 12, 2017.
December 12, 2017
Claims for November 2017 in the amount of $530,140.63 were reviewed and approved.
The Budget Watch and Investment Reports were reviewed.
A recommendation was made to approve the 2018 Property/Liability/Worker’s Compensation Insurance
with Ansay Insurance.
Maglio/Fischer made a motion to approve the 2018 Property/Liability/Worker’s Compensation Insurance
with Ansay Insurance as presented. Motion carried.
A recommendation was made to approve a Not-to-Exceed amount of $6,250 (balance in PD Borrowing
Acct) to repair the HVAC System at the Police Department.
Caban/Sauer made a motion to approve a Not-to-Exceed amount of $6,250 (balance in PD Borrowing
Acct) to repair the HVAC System at the Police Department. Motion carried.
OTHER MATTERS
The Annual Business Forum held at Charter Steel was featured in the OED newsletter.
The 2012 Impala from the Police Department was sold.
REPORTS OF SPECIAL COMMITTEES
Plan Commission
Dickmann reported on the meeting of December 12, 2017.
A Certificate of Compliance and Change of Use for 620 E. Green Bay Avenue, Suite 122 were reviewed and
approved.
A re-zoning from B-2 Retail Shopping Center Business District to B—4 Highway Shopping Center Business
District for 100 S. Foster Drive was reviewed and recommended to the Village Board for Public Hearing.
The new sign for Crossroads Plaza was approved at a previous Plan Commission meeting therefore no
permit is needed at this time.
Community Development Authority/Industrial Review Committee
No report
Library Board
Caban reported on the meeting of December 12, 2017.
Caban reported that there were 95 children for the visit with Santa.
The Audio File Event was very successful.
The Library collected 300 lbs of food during its “Food for Fines” collection.
The Board approved technology upgrades for the Library.
Mid-Moraine Municipal Association

OPERATOR’S LICENSE APPROVALS
Sauer/Maglio made a motion to approve an Operator License Application for Wysocki for Tri-Par. Motion
carried.

LIQUOR LICENSE APPROVALS
Sauer/Maglio made a motion to approve a Class “B” Beer License for Marcus Cinema of Wisconsin, LLC,
d/b/a Saukville Cinema located at 350 S. Riverside Drive. Motion carried.
Sauer/Caban made a motion to approve the agent appointment of Michael Ridgway for Marcus Cinema of
Wisconsin, LLC, d/b/a Saukville Cinema located at 350 S. Riverside Drive. Motion carried.
CITIZEN MATTERS AS NOTICED
None
ADJOURNMENT
Sauer/Maglio made a motion to adjourn to January 2, 2018. Motion carried at 8:07 p.m.
