Village President Barb Dickmann called the meeting to order at 8:10 p.m.
Village Clerk Mary Kay Baumann gave the Statement of Public Notice.
Members: Barb Dickmann-present, Dan Sauer-present, David Maglio-present, Michael Gielow-present, Joe
Caban-present, Scott Fischer-present, and Richard Belling-present
Others Present: Dawn Wagner, Mary Kay Baumann, Lt. Rob Meyer, Ray deBruijn, and Jim Nowlen

CITIZEN COMMENTS AND QUESTIONS
None
APPROVE MINUTES OF DECEMBER 12, 2017 MEETING
Maglio/Sauer made a motion to approve the December 12, 2017 minutes as presented. Motion carried.
COMMUNICATIONS
REPORT FROM THE VILLAGE PRESIDENT
Dickmann read a proclamation celebrating Adult Crossing Guard Week (Jan 22nd-26th) and presented it to
Cindy Douglas.
Dickmann stated that there were a few changes made to the Committee Appointments. Richard Belling
was added to some committees and there were new members added to CDA, Plan Commission, and the
Library Board.
Belling/Sauer made a motion to approve the updated Committee Appointments as presented. Motion
carried.
REPORT FROM THE VILLAGE ADMINISTRATOR

Utility Committee
No report
Public Works Committee
Caban reported on the meeting of January 16, 2018.
Discussion was held regarding the upcoming road projects.
There will be maintenance work done on Hillcrest Rd and Park St. this year.
The 2019 street projects include Hillcrest and Bucktrout.
January 16, 2018
The Pavilion is scheduled to begin construction in February and the foot bridge is scheduled for this
spring.
Public Safety Committee
No report
Finance Committee
Dickmann reported on the meeting of January 16, 2018.
Claims for December 2017 in the amount of $434,036.71 were reviewed and approved.
The Investment Report was reviewed.
Committee went into Closed Executive Session with no action being taken.

Plan Commission

Community Development Authority/Industrial Review Committee
No report
Library Board
Caban reported on the meeting of January 10, 2018.
Caban gave an update on the flooring project.
The Aquos Board and Lab equipment are installed.
There is a vacancy on the Library Board that needs to be filled. Dickmann noted that the position was
filled with the Committee Appointments.
There are 2 new data bases for the Monarch System that are available to patrons.
Mid-Moraine Municipal Association
No report
OPERATOR’S LICENSE APPROVALS
Maglio/Caban made a motion to approve an Operator License Application for Conley, Patterson, Schopp,
Carpenter, and Lokken for Saukville Cinema-Marcus. Motion carried.
LIQUOR LICENSE APPROVALS
None
CITIZEN MATTERS AS NOTICED
None
ADJOURNMENT
Sauer/Maglio made a motion to adjourn to January 2, 2018. Motion carried at 8:20 p.m.
