Village President Barb Dickmann called the meeting to order at 8:00 p.m.
Village Clerk Mary Kay Baumann gave the Statement of Public Notice.
Members: Barb Dickmann-present, David Maglio-present, Joe Caban-present, Richard Belling- present,
Scott Fischer-present, Jim Nowlen-present, and Trevor Seitz-present
Others Present: Dawn Wagner, Mary Kay Baumann, Lt. Meyer, Ray deBruijn, Dan Sauer, Mike Gielow,
Vicki Lee, Michelle Jaeger, Mike Krocka, and Richard Witkowski
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
CITIZEN COMMENTS AND QUESTIONS
None.
CEREMONIAL OATH OF OFFICE – TRUSTEES
Dickmann administered the ceremonial Oath of Office to new Trustees Jim Nowlen and Trevor Seitz and
returning Trustee Scott Fischer.
TRUSTEE APPOINTMENTS
Dickmann requested a motion to approve the Trustee Committee Appointments.
Maglio/Caban made a motion to approve the Trustee Committee Appointments. Motion carried.
COMMITTEE APPOINTMENTS
Caban/Belling made a motion to approve the members of the Architectural Review Board (Nowlen-Chair),
Board of Review (Dickmann-Chair), Cemetery Commission (Caban-Chair), CDA/IRC (Dickmann-Chair), and
Finance Committee (Village President-Chair). Motion carried.
Maglio/Caban made a motion to approve the members of the Library Board, Mid-Moraine Legislative
Committee, Plan Commission (Village President-Chair), Public Safety Committee (Maglio-Chair), and Public
Works Committee (Caban-Chair). Motion carried.
Maglio/Fischer made a motion to approve the members of the Utilities Committee (Fischer-Chair), Board
of Zoning Appeals (Seitz-Chair), Fire Department Manpower Study Sub-Committee, and July 4th
Committee. Motion carried.
APPROVE MINUTES OF APRIL 9, 2018 MEETING
Fischer/Maglio made a motion to approve the April 9, 2018 minutes as presented. Motion carried.
COMMUNICATIONS
REPORT FROM THE VILLAGE PRESIDENT
Dickmann thanked Mike Gielow and Dan Sauer for their years of service to the Village.
Dickmann welcomed Jim Nowlen and Trevor Seitz to the Board.
REPORT FROM THE VILLAGE ADMINISTRATOR
Wagner also thanked Gielow and Sauer and welcomed Nowlen and Seitz.

ORDINANCES – RESOLUTIONS – PETITIONS
Res. #1275 – Amending 2018 Compensation Schedule
Fischer/Belling made a motion to waive the reading of Res. #1275 – Amending 2018 Compensation
Schedule. Motion carried.

REPORTS OF VILLAGE BOARD COMMITTEES
Utility Committee
No report.
Public Works Committee
No report.
Public Safety Committee
No report.
Finance Committee
Dickmann reported on the meeting of April 17, 2018.
Claims in the amount of $299,895.36 were reviewed and approved.
The Budget Watch and Investment Report were reviewed.
Res. #1275 was reviewed and recommended to the Village Board for approval.
Other Matters:
Discussion was held regarding the Grady Park Project and replacing the sidewalk at the front of the park
with red colored concrete.
A new Village Board photo will be taken at the May 1st Village Board meeting.
Everyone was encouraged one last time to complete the Mental Wellness Survey
An update was given on the Grady Park Pavilion and walking bridge on Dries St.
The Employee/Volunteer Recognition Dinner is this Friday, April 20th.
The Village will be hosting the Mid-Moraine Dinner on Wednesday, May 23rd at Messina’s. All are
encouraged to attend as we are hosting.

Plan Commission

Community Development Authority/Industrial Review Committee
No report.
Library Board
Caban reported on the meeting of April 10, 2018.
The new flooring throughout the Library is almost complete.
The Friends of the Saukville Library will be holding a used book sale on April 23rd thru April 28th.

Mid-Moraine Municipal Association
Fischer reported on the meeting of April 11, 2018.
Fischer stated that the Engineer from the City of West Bend spoke on the benefits of design build.
OPERATOR’S LICENSE APPROVALS
Maglio/Belling made a motion to approve Operator License Application for Pucilowski for Railroad
Station. Motion carried.
LIQUOR LICENSE APPROVALS
None.
CITIZEN MATTERS AS NOTICED
None.
ADJOURNMENT
Fischer/Maglio made a motion to adjourn. Motion carried at 8:12 p.m.
