Village President Barb Dickmann called the meeting to order at 8:00 p.m.
Village Administrator Dawn Wagner gave the Statement of Public Notice.
Members: Barb Dickmann-present (via phone), David Maglio-present, Joe Caban-absent, Richard Belling-
present, Scott Fischer-present, Trevor Seitz-present, and Jim Nowlen-present.
Others Present: Dawn Wagner, Mary Kay Baumann, and Kerry Lynch-Ozaukee Press.

APPROVE MINUTES OF May 16, 2018 MEETING
Fischer/Maglio made a motion to approve the May 16, 2018 minutes as presented. Motion carried.

Fischer/Maglio made a motion to waive the first reading of Ord. #787 – Amending Section 8-1(A) – Board
of Review Composition. Motion carried.
Nowlen/Fischer made a motion to waive the reading of Ord. #787 – Amending Section 8-1(A) – Board of
Review Composition. Motion carried.
Fischer/Maglio made a motion to approve Ord. #787 – Amending Section 8-1(A) – Board of Review
Composition as presented. Motion carried.

Utility Committee
The next meeting is scheduled for June 19, 2018. There will be a tour of the Wastewater Treatment Plant
and Well #6.

Finance Committee
Dickmann reported on the meeting of June 5, 2018.
Ord. #787 was reviewed and recommended to the Village Board for approval.
Res. #1276 was reviewed and recommended to the Village Board for approval.
A recommendation was made to the Village Board to approve the Storm Water Management Agreement –
Cave Enterprises, LLC (102 S. Foster).
Nowlen/Belling made a motion to approve the Storm Water Management Agreement – Cave Enterprises,
LLC (102 S. Foster) as presented. Motion carried.
REPORTS OF SPECIAL COMMITTEES
Plan Commission
Dickmann reported on the meeting of June 5,, 2018.
Minutes from the May 1, 2018 meeting were reviewed and approved.
A request to relocate a grotto and gazebo, the installation of a new shed and the proposed site/landscape
plan for Saint John XXIII Parish at 140 W. Church Street was reviewed and approved.
A Certificate of Compliance – Change of Use for Cereal Byproducts Company, 524 E. Green Bay Ave. was
reviewed and approved.
A request for a garage and office space (approx. 2,432 SF) and site improvements for 225 Ulao Street/295
E. Clay Street was reviewed and approved.
Community Development Authority/Industrial Review Committee
No report.
Library Board
No report.
Mid-Moraine Municipal Association
No report.
