Village President Barb Dickmann called the meeting to order at 8:00 p.m.
Village Clerk Mary Kay Baumann gave the Statement of Public Notice.
Members: Barb Dickmann-present, David Maglio-present, Richard Belling- absent, Scott Fischer-
present, Trevor Seitz-present, Jim Nowlen-present, and Andy Hebein-present.
Others Present: Dawn Wagner, Mary Kay Baumann, Chief Meyer, and Dan Benson-Ozaukee Press

None.
APPROVE MINUTES OF SEPTEMBER 11, 2019 MEETING
Maglio/Nowlen made a motion to approve the September 11, 2019 minutes as presented. Motion
carried.
COMMUNICATIONS
REPORT FROM THE VILLAGE PRESIDENT
Dickmann stated that she is looking forward to touring the departments on Tuesday with the rest
of the Board.
REPORT FROM THE VILLAGE ADMINISTRATOR
None.

Utility Committee
No report.
Public Works Committee
No report.
Public Safety Committee
No report.
Finance Committee
Dickmann reported on the meeting of September 24, 2019.
Claims for August 2019 in the amount of $417,781.34 were reviewed and approved.
The Budget Watch and Investment Report were reviewed.
September 24, 2019
Committee went into Closed Executive Session with no action being taken.
Other Matters:
The work on the roundabouts has been completed.
Messina’s received the 2019 Small Business Award from Ozaukee Economic Development.
Retired Fire Chief Gilly Schultz will be receiving the First Responder of the Year award at the State
Capitol on Thursday, October 10 at 1:00 p.m.

Community Development Authority/Industrial Review Committee
No report.
Library Board
Hebein reported on the meeting of September 17, 2019.
Hebein stated that the CSRF Budget and the General Fund Budget were reviewed and approved.
Hebein reported that the closed dates for 2020 were reviewed and approved.
Mid-Moraine Municipal Association
No report.
OPERATOR’S LICENSE APPROVALS
Maglio/Nowlen made a motion to approve Operator License Applications for Lecus for Railroad
Station and Gaffney for Walgreens. Motion carried.
LIQUOR LICENSE APPROVALS
None.
LIQUOR LICENSE AGENT APPROVAL
Maglio/Nowlen made a motion to approve Gaffney as the new Agent for Walgreens. Motion
carried.
CITIZEN MATTERS AS NOTICED
None.
ADJOURNMENT
Maglio/Nowlen made a motion to adjourn. Motion carried at 8:03 p.m.
