Village President Barb Dickmann called the meeting to order at 5:45 p.m.
Village Clerk Mary Kay Baumann gave the Statement of Public Notice.
Members: Barb Dickmann-present, David Maglio-present, Richard Belling- absent, Scott Fischer-
present, Trevor Seitz-present, Jim Nowlen-present, and Andy Hebein-present.
Others Present: Dawn Wagner, Mary Kay Baumann, Chief Meyer, and Dan Benson-Ozaukee Press

APPROVE MINUTES OF SEPTEMBER 24, 2019 MEETING
Nowlen/Maglio made a motion to approve the September 24, 2019 minutes as presented.
Motion carried.
COMMUNICATIONS
REPORT FROM THE VILLAGE PRESIDENT
Dickmann thanked the Board for taking the time for the 2020 Budget Tour and everyone’s input.

Finance Committee
Dickmann reported on the meetings of October 1, 2019.
A recommendation was made to the Village Board to approve Frank Armstrong for the Grady
Park Improvements at a total of $185,535.00.

Nowlen/Maglio made a motion to approve Frank Armstrong for the Grady Park Improvements at
a total of $185,535.00. Motion carried.
REPORTS OF SPECIAL COMMITTEES
Plan Commission
Dickmann reported on the meeting of October 1, 2019.
The minutes of the September 11, 2019 meeting were reviewed and approved.
A Certificate of Compliance – Planning & Zoning for Mr. Mover, 150 Foster Drive was reviewed
and approved.
A Certificate of Compliance – Planning & Zoning for Ruan Transport, 800B North Progress Drive
was reviewed and approved.
A recommendation was made to the Village Board to deny the request for a Zoning Ordinance
Text Amendment submitted by U-Haul International/Amerco Real Estate to amend §205-57.O of
the Village Code to allow exterior self-service storage facilities (mini-warehouses) as a
Conditional Use in conjunction with interior self-service storage facilities in the B-4 Business
Park.
Community Development Authority/Industrial Review Committee
No report.
Library Board
No report.
Mid-Moraine Municipal Association
Nowlen attended the Mid-Moraine dinner on September 25th. The speaker was from Advanced
Disposal and spoke on recycling issues in municipalities.
