Village President Barb Dickmann called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.
Village Clerk Mary Kay Baumann gave the Statement of Public Notice.
Members: Barb Dickmann-present, David Maglio-present (via phone), Richard Belling-
present (via Zoom), Scott Fischer-present, Trevor Seitz-present (via Zoom), Jim Nowlen-
present, and Andy Hebein-present (via Zoom).
Others Present: Dawn Wagner, Mary Kay Baumann, Chief Meyer, Chief Trinko (via Zoom), and Ray
deBruijn (via Zoom)

APPROVE MINUTES OF JUNE 2, 2020 MEETING
Nowlen/Fischer made a motion to approve the June 2, 2020 minutes as presented. Motion carried.
COMMUNICATIONS
REPORT FROM THE VILLAGE PRESIDENT
Dickmann thanked everyone for making the adjustments to attend the meetings.

Finance Committee
Dickmann reported on the meeting of June 16, 2020.
Claims for May in the amount of $389,930.55 were reviewed and approved.
The Budget Watch and Investment Reports were reviewed.
A recommendation was made to the Village Board to approve a Temporary Right-of-Way License Agreement
(Sidewalk Area Dining Facilities) at 301 E. Green Bay Ave.
Hebein/Nowlen made a motion to approve the Temporary Right-of-Way License Agreement (Sidewalk Area
Dining Facilities) at 301 E. Green Bay Ave. Motion carried.

REPORTS OF SPECIAL COMMITTEES
Plan Commission
Dickmann reported on the meeting of June 16, 2020.
The minutes of the June 2, 2020 meeting were reviewed and approved.
A request for a pole sign for Starbucks at 827 E. Green Bay Ave was reviewed and approved.
Community Development Authority/Industrial Review Committee
No report.
Library Board
No report.
Mid-Moraine Municipal Association
No report.
OPERATOR’S LICENSE APPROVALS
Nowlen/Seitz made a motion to approve a New Operator License Application for Eisenhauer for Casey’s.
Motion carried.
Nowlen/Fischer made a motion to approve Operator License Renewal Applications for Danner for Marcus,
Heuer for SnoSeekers, and Egerer for Rally Time. Motion carried.
LIQUOR LICENSE APPROVALS
Seitz/Nowlen made a motion to approve the Application for Renewal of “Class B” Combination License and
Agent Appointment – The Mexican Firehouse, 100 S. Main St., Felipe Saavedra, Agent. Motion carried.
CITIZEN MATTERS AS NOTICED
Seitz was asked by a Village resident when they could expect to see trash cans returned to Grady Park.
deBruijn stated that there is one by the basketball courts and the rest should be put back within the next
week once all the work is completed.
deBruijn added that there has already been damage done to the new tennis courts. Kids with bikes put skid
marks all over the court.
Seitz asked if it would be possible to put a second camera at the tennis courts. Wagner will be obtaining
quotes for the cameras.
Chief Meyer stated that there has been discussion about limiting access, through different fencing options.
deBruijn stated that he would look into options and what the cost would be.
Hebein suggested installing trail cams and signage.

Hebein/Nowlen made a motion to adjourn. Motion carried at 6:41 p.m.
