Village President Barb Dickmann called the meeting to order at 8:22 p.m.
Village Clerk Mary Kay Baumann gave the Statement of Public Notice.
Members: Barb Dickmann-present, David Maglio-present (via Zoom), Richard Belling- present, Scott
Fischer-present, Trevor Seitz-present, Jim Nowlen-present (via Zoom), and Andy Hebein-present.
Others Present: Dawn Wagner, Maureen Hartjes, Chief Meyer, Ray DeBruijn, Dan Helm, and Sara deBruijn

APPROVE MINUTES OF MARCH 2, 2021 MEETING
Hebein/Belling made a motion to approve the March 2, 2021 minutes as presented. Motion carried.
COMMUNICATIONS
REPORT FROM THE VILLAGE PRESIDENT
Dickmann thanked everyone for their input during the Finance Committee Meeting.

Finance Committee
Dickmann reported on the meeting of March 16, 2021.
Claims for February 2021 in the amount of $2,258,330.13 were reviewed and approved.
The Investment Report and Budget Watch were reviewed.
The Committee listened to a presentation from Rob Henken-Wisconsin Policy Forum regarding the Phase I Fire &
EMS Service Sharing Feasibility Analysis.
Committee went into Closed Executive Session with no action being taken.

Ray deBruijn will be retiring effective May 3, 2021. Thank you Ray!
Dan Helm is being promoted to Public Works Superintendent effective May 3, 2021.
The Village is beginning planning for the 2021 Live @ the Triangle. Wagner asked if the Board had any concerns
moving forward. There were none.
The Village is holding a Public Information Meeting regarding the Colonial Pkwy Reconstruction Project on
Wednesday, March 24th at 6:00 p.m. at the Police Department.
There will be a special Finance Committee meeting held on Thursday, March 25th at 6:00 p.m. This meeting
will include the 2020 Audit Presentation.
Ozaukee Economic Development will be holding its Annual Outreach Event on Wednesday, May 12th at 4:30 p.m.
at Shully’s in Thiensville.

Hebein stated that minutes from the March 9, 2021 meeting were in the packet for review.
