Village President Barb Dickmann called the meeting to order at 6:11 p.m.
Village Clerk Mary Kay Baumann gave the Statement of Public Notice.
Members: Barb Dickmann-present, Richard Belling- present (via Zoom), Scott Fischer-present, Trevor
Seitz-present, Jim Nowlen-present, and Andy Hebein-present.
Others Present: Dawn Wagner, Mary Kay Baumann, Chief Rice, Joe P. – Ozaukee Press

APPROVE MINUTES OF MAY 4, 2021 MEETING
Fischer/Nowlen made a motion to approve the May 4, 2021 minutes as presented. Motion carried.
COMMUNICATIONS
REPORT FROM THE VILLAGE PRESIDENT
Dickmann thanked the Board for the excellent conversation regarding the filling of the vacant Trustee position.
REPORT FROM THE VILLAGE ADMINISTRATOR
No report.
ORDINANCES – RESOLUTIONS – PETITIONS

REPORTS OF VILLAGE BOARD COMMITTEES
Utility Committee
No report.
Public Works Committee
Seitz stated they would be holding a meeting either June 8th or 22nd.
Public Safety Committee
No report.
Finance Committee
Dickmann reported on the meeting of May 18, 2021.
Claims for April 2021 in the amount of $478,177.89 were reviewed and approved.
The Investment Report and Budget Watch were reviewed.
A recommendation was made to the Village Board to approve the Ebix Inc – Billing Agreement.
Seitz/Nowlen made a motion to approve the Ebix Inc – Billing Agreement as presented. Motion carried.
May 18, 2021
A recommendation was made to the Village Board to approve the Agreement on Confidentiality of Protected
Health Information.
Nowlen/Hebein made a motion to approve the Agreement on Confidentiality of Protected Health Information.
Seitz asked why we would implement this. Wagner stated that it is extra coverage.
Motion carried.
A recommendation was made to the Village Board to approve the Purchase of Fire Department Software and
CAD Integration with funds used from the Fire Department Equipment Replacement Fund.
Hebein/Nowlen made a motion to approve the Purchase of Fire Department Software and CAD Integration with
funds used from the Fire Department Equipment Replacement Fund. Motion carried.
Discussion was held regarding the vacant Trustee position. A timeline was set for candidates to submit, Trustees
to submit questions and interviewing candidates.
Public Works is at full staff with the hiring of a new full-time employee and summer helper.
Utilities extended its deadline for applications to fill a vacant Utility Operator position.
