Village President Barb Dickmann called the meeting to order at 6:45 p.m.
Village Clerk Mary Kay Baumann gave the Statement of Public Notice.
Members: Barb Dickmann-present, Richard Belling-present, Scott Fischer-present, Trevor Seitz-present,
Jim Nowlen-present, Andy Hebein-present, and Pete Janus-present.
Others Present: Dawn Wagner, Mary Kay Baumann, and Chief Meyer

APPROVE MINUTES OF AUGUST 17, 2021 MEETING
Fischer/Nowlen made a motion to approve the August 17, 2021 minutes as presented. Motion carried.

Dickmann read Res. #1337 – Investment Advisory Services (Ehlers & Associates)
Hebein/Nowlen made a motion to approve Res. #1337 – Investment Advisory Services (Ehlers & Associates).
Motion carried.

Finance Committee
Dickmann reported on the meeting of September 7, 2021.
Committee went into Closed Executive Session with no action being taken.
A recommendation was made to the Village Board to approve the 2022-2024 Contract for Services – Accurate
Appraisal.

Belling/Nowlen made a motion to approve the 2022-2024 Contract for Services – Accurate Appraisal. Motion
carried.
Res. #1337 – Investment Advisory Services (Ehlers & Associates) was recommended to the Village Board.
Other Matters:
The September 21st Finance and Village Board Meetings will be held at the Saukville Historical Society at 6:00
p.m. A new Village Board photo will be taken at that time.
Chief Meyer is attending the School of Police Staff & Command.
Mid-Moraine will be hosting a dinner meeting on Wednesday, September 22nd. If anyone is interested, please
contact Mary Kay.
There will be a 9/11 Memorial Event on Saturday, September 11th with a march from the Fire Department to
Grady Park.
The Village is working with Waste Management to resolve on-going issues with trash/recycling collection.

Belling/Nowlen made a motion to approve the Marcus Cinema – Change of Agent – Dawn Majewski. Motion
carried.

Seitz/Nowlen made a motion to adjourn. Motion carried at 6:49 p.m.
