Village President Barb Dickmann called the meeting to order at 6:03 p.m.
Village Clerk Mary Kay Baumann gave the Statement of Public Notice.
Members: Barb Dickmann-present, Richard Belling-present, Scott Fischer-present, Trevor Seitz-present,
Jim Nowlen-present, Andy Hebein-present, and Peter Janus-present.
Others Present: Dawn Wagner, Mary Kay Baumann, Chief Meyer, Anne Kertscher, and Connor Carynski –
Ozaukee Press.

APPROVE MINUTES OF SEPTEMBER 7, 2021 MEETING
Nowlen/Belling made a motion to approve the September 7, 2021 minutes. Motion carried.

Dickmann thanked the Historical Society members for hosting the meeting.

Dickmann reported on the meeting of September 21, 2021.
The minutes of the August 17, 2021 meeting were reviewed and approved.

A request for a Coil Storage Expansion was reviewed and approved. Dickmann stated that the project was reviewed
by the Village Attorney and Village Engineer.
This addition, valued at $1.7M, will double the size of the current coil storage area.
Library Board
Janus reported on the meeting of September 14, 2021.
Janus stated that the Board reviewed the updated wage survey and comparisons were made, noting that the hourly
staff was below average.
The 2022 Budget for the Library was reviewed and approved.
Mid-Moraine Municipal Association
No report.
LIQUOR LICENSE APPROVALS
None.
CITIZEN MATTERS AS NOTICED
None.
