GREEN BAY AVE., SAUKVILLE, WI 53080 Village President Barb Dickmann called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Dawn Wagner gave the Statement of Public Notice. Public Hearing – Res #1356 Discontinuing of Public Way within the Village of Saukville, Ozaukee County, Wisconsin Belling/Nowlen made a motion to Close Public Hearing - Res #1356 Discontinuing of Public Way within the Village of Saukville, Ozaukee County, Wisconsin at 7:03 p.m. Motion Carried COMMUNICATIONS REPORT FROM THE VILLAGE PRESIDENT Dickmann made a statement. ORDINANCES – RESOLUTIONS – PETITIONS Resolution #1356 Discontinuing of Public Way Hebein/Nowlen made a motion to waive the first reading Resolution #1356 Discontinuing of Public Way. Motion Carried. REPORTS OF VILLAGE BOARD COMMITTEES Utility Committee No Report. Public Works/Cemetery Committee No Report. Public Safety Committee Interview for Firefighter/Paramedic position is scheduled on September 7, 2022. Finance Committee Dickmann reported on the meeting of September 6, 2022. Room Tax Ordinance was reviewed/recommended to Village Board. WWTP Update was presented. Water System Update – PFAS Was detected in Well #1 and Well #4. Other Matters: FMP – Special Finance Committee Meeting scheduled for September 29, 2022 @ 6:00 p.m. October 4th – Budget Tour Budget Workshops scheduled on October 17th and 24th. Budget Public Hearing scheduled on November 28th REPORTS OF SPECIAL COMMITTEES Plan Commission Dickmann reported on the meeting of September 6, 2022. Approval of Minutes were Tabled for the October 4, 2022 meeting. Certificate of Compliance – Planning & Zoning – Cadiville LLC, owner RBJ Enterprises at 301 E. Green Bay Ave was approved. Installation of Fence at 222 E. Dekora St, request by Roger Thein, owner was approved. Community Development Authority/Industrial Review Committee No report. Library Board Meeting Scheduled for Thursday, September 22, 2022 @ 6;00 p.m. New Library Director will begin on Monday, September 12, 2022. Mid-Moraine Municipal Association No report. OPERATOR LICENSE APPROVALS None. LIQUOR LICENSE APPROVALS None. CITIZEN MATTERS AS NOTICED Seitz wanted to make a statement. Dickmann stated there were no citizen matters noticed.
