GREEN BAY AVE., SAUKVILLE, WI 53080 Village President Barb Dickmann called the meeting to order at 6:17 p.m. Julie Friede gave the Statement of Public Notice. Members: Barb Dickmann-present, Richard Belling-present, Scott Fischer-present, Trevor Seitz-present, Jim Nowlen-Via Zoom, Andy Hebein-present, and Pete Janus-present. Others Present: Dawn Wagner, Julie Friede, and Chief Rob Meyer PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE CITIZEN COMMENTS AND QUESTIONS None APPROVE MINUTES OF August 16, 2022, August 29, 2022, August 31, 2022 and September 6, 2022 MEETINGS Belling requested a correct of minutes of August 29, 2022. August 29, 2022 Minutes Read as: This project would be a PAYGO TID. The Developer (Ansay) pays for all of the improvements and gets reimbursed by the TID Increment. The risk in on the Developer. Belling/Fischer made a motion to approve minutes of August 16, 2022, August 29, 2022, August 31, 2022 and September 6, 2022 MEETINGS, with amendment to August 29,2022 minutes. Motion carried with 1 Nay. COMMUNICATIONS REPORT FROM THE VILLAGE PRESIDENT No Comments. REPORT FROM THE VILLAGE ADMINISTRATOR No Comments. ORDINANCES – RESOLUTIONS – PETITIONS None. REPORTS OF VILLAGE BOARD COMMITTEES Utility Committee No Report. Public Works/Cemetery Committee No Report. Public Safety Committee Interview for Firefighter/Paramedic position was held on September 7, 2022. Finance Committee Dickmann reported on the meeting of September 20, 2022. Approved Claims for August in the Amount of $950,353.94 Reviewed Investment Report. License Agreement – Use of Public Right-of-way requested by RBJ Enterprises, LLC (Cadiville Bar & Grill) Seitz/Nowlen made a motion to approve the License Agreement – Use of Public Right-of-way requested by RBJ Enterprises, LLC (Cadiville Bar & Grill). Motion Carried. Review and Approval of the Subrecipient Agreement between Ozaukee County and Village of Saukville (EMS ARPA Funding) Belling/Hebein made a motion to approve the Subrecipient Agreement between the Village and Ozaukee County, including any subsequent modifications to the Agreement as approved by the Village Administrator and Village Attorney. Motion Carried. Other Matters: Waste Management will provide the Village of Saukville with a dumpster on Saturday, October 8, 2022 from 9:00 am – 2:00 p.m. for a Fall Clean Up Event at no cost. Special Finance Meeting Scheduled on September 29, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. to be held at the Saukville Police Department 649 E. Green Bay Ave. REPORTS OF SPECIAL COMMITTEES Plan Commission No report. Community Development Authority/Industrial Review Committee Dickmann reported on the Meeting of September 20, 2022 Appointed Barb Dickmann as Chair Appointed Keith Dickmann as Vice Chair Approved agreement with Oldenburg Metal Tech, Inc. for the deferral of construction of dumpster enclosure at 775 N. Progress Drive. Other Matter: Anticipated submittal for October CDA meeting from a manufacturing facility in the Ansay Development, Northern Gateway. Library Board No report. Mid-Moraine Municipal Association Meeting on September 14, 2022 regarding County Sale Tax, no decisions made. OPERATOR LICENSE APPROVALS None. LIQUOR LICENSE APPROVALS None.
