GREEN BAY AVE., SAUKVILLE, WI 53080 Village President Barb Dickmann called the meeting to order at 4:44 p.m. Julie Friede gave the Statement of Public Notice. Motion Carried COMMUNICATIONS REPORT FROM THE VILLAGE PRESIDENT Appointment of Election Inspectors – 2022-2023 Election Cycle – Jess Donohue, Linda Hebein and Barbara Donaldson Nowlen/Hebein made a motion to approve the Appointment of Election Inspectors – 2022-2023 Election Cycle – Jess Donohue, Linda Hebein and Barbara Donaldson. Motion Carried. REPORT FROM THE VILLAGE ADMINISTRATOR No Comments. ORDINANCES – RESOLUTIONS – PETITIONS Resolution #1359 - Supporting the Ozaukee County Planning and Parks Department’s Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources Knowles-Nelson Stewardship Local Assistance Grant for Acquiring (or portions of) Parcel ID(s): 110500506003, 110500504001, 110500510001, 110500502000) along County Trunk Highway W and the Milwaukee River in the Village of Saukville for Floodplain and Wetland Restoration as Part of the County Trunk Highway W Road Reconstruction and Restoration Project Nowlen/Janus made a motion to waive the reading of Resolution #1359 - Supporting the Ozaukee County Planning and Parks Department’s Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources Knowles-Nelson Stewardship Local Assistance Grant for Acquiring (or portions of) Parcel ID(s): 110500506003, 110500504001, 110500510001, 110500502000) along County Trunk Highway W and the Milwaukee River in the Village of Saukville for Floodplain and Wetland Restoration as Part of the County Trunk Highway W Road Reconstruction and Restoration Project. Discussion pertained to the Right a Way, information was forwarded to Wagner. Wagner stated a response was provided via email from the Village Attorney and the Village Ordinance is up to date.
