Village President Barb Dickmann called the meeting to order at 4:30 p.m.
Julie Friede gave the Statement of Public Notice.
Members: Barb Dickmann-via Zoom, Andy Hebein-present, Richard Belling, Jim Nowlen and Pete Janus-
present.
Members Absent: Scott Fischer, and Trevor Seitz
Others Present: Dawn Wagner, Julie Friede, Ian McCain- Ansay and Claude Lois – Kapur - via-Zoom.

Finance Committee
Discussion and possible immediate action by Village Board Regarding Consent to Collateral Assignment of
MRO (Northern Gateway)
Wagner stated the language on the agenda does address this item being Tabled at the Finance Committee
Meeting as well as the Village Board Meeting per the Village Attorney.
Lois explained that the Assignment of the MRO was already addressed and approved in the Development
Agreement.
Lois further explained in the event of the developer foreclosing on its collateral, this Agreement may not be
assigned by the Developer without the Village of Saukville’s consent.
Belling/Hebein made a motion to approve the Consent to Collateral Assignment of MRO (Northern Gateway).
Motion Carried.
